like everyone this time of year im a bit run down and tired. its easy to put off work.can you give me any tips on how to get motivated and just get on with it? (sadie,brighton)
This suggestion is the same as i gave to caitlin, a healthy morning run. it works for me to wake me up and energise me for the day. perhaps you two could go together. dont forget the running gear....sweatbands etc. (Nettie, London)
Dress and act as though you were going to do something that you love, if i need motivation to work I wear my ski gear(sometimes even goggles) and put skiing movies on in the background (Ad, London)
my suggestion is just to get on with it, do what you have to do but at the same time dress up in something nice that make you feel good about yourself. (sorry if this suggestion is not good just got back from camping and I'm so tried!) (jasper, london)
